ABSTRACT
The article reports on the announcement of Penco Product Inc., and their Canadian subsidiary Penco Products Canada Ltd. about the acquisition of Steiner System and Steiner System Canada in March 23, 2009. It notes that the acquisition is conceived to be part of a long-term strategic growth plan, including expansion overseas. Moreover, Penco Products has agreed to facilitate orders under the original Steiner System companies, in order to provide transition time to customer.
