Good temperature control

The article offers information on good temperature control to extend the life of industrial equipment and technology. It explains that good temperature control is important during research, processing and storage of products as well as for environmental control and energy conservation. It also adds that tight temperature control leads to lower defects and greater yields during seeding, crystal pulling and rapid thermal processing of silicon wafers for the semiconductor industry and extends the life of process equipment.
