The article discusses the importance of a good customer service. The author states that the idea of customer service seems to become less of a priority due to the society's dependence on technology and that it is impractical to expect technology to become a substitute to serving customer. It notes that it is easy to analyze and control customer care and that those companies that value and emphasize customer service continue to evolve and prosper. It states that a good customer service is the fundamental factor to the success of a business.
