Reports on the Credit Protection Association's call for businesses to give more help to enforce successful county court claims against slow payers in Great Britain. Need to overhaul existing enforcement procedures as part of the government's drive to improve late payment practices; Businesses' lack of awareness that the courts do not take any part in enforcing judgements.
