ABSTRACT
The article reports on the scholarship programs offered by New York Water Environment Association Inc. (NYWEA). NYWEA, which consists of engineers, scientists, clean/wastewater operators, academia and students, offers a $10,000 scholarship, six $1,500 scholarships and another two scholarship program annually. Moreover, it aims to educate professionals and the public on technical issues regarding water quality and pollution.
