ABSTRACT
The article reports on the 20th anniversary celebration of Dept. of Veterans Affairs (VA) on March 15, 2009 at the Arlington National Cemetery. Eric Shinseki, secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs, has commemorated the date the Department of Veterans Affairs Act (Public Law 100-527) took effect and elevated VA to Cabinet status. Moreover, a wreath-laying ceremony is also attended by several dignitaries.
