ABSTRACT
The article reports on an invitation from engage couple Leora Madden and Tony Gambell for friends and family members to purchase building materials for a Habitat for Humanity home as wedding gifts. A PayPal feature was incorporated into their bridal registry Web site, hoping they can raise $50,000 in materials to sponsor a Habitat home in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. The couple has raised several thousand dollars in materials since April 2008.
