ABSTRACT
The article offers tips for modifying V-necklines and sleeves of crochet sweaters and tops. When shaping V-necklines, consider the gauge, total number of body stitches, number of stitches required for neck opening, length and the number of rows required from the armhole to the shoulder and the number of stitches needed for each shoulder. In shaping the sleeve, it should be remembered that the upper width should be the same as the measurement around the armhole opening.
