ABSTRACT
The article presents information on James L. McGraw, managing director of the International Institute of Synthetic Rubber Producers (IISRP). He is also the group's chief financial officer and chief investment officer. McGraw's life as the IISRP administrator began when he joined American Synthetic Rubber Co. (ASRC) in 1975. McGraw retired as director of human resources and regulatory affairs at ASRC in March 1997 and joined the IISRP.
