The article reports on the acquisition of advertising and public-relations (PR) firm Mark Russell and Associates (MRA) by Eric Mower and Associates (EMA) Inc. in Syracuse, New York. The companies stress that the deal will play essential role in enhancing their advertising operations as well as generate $220 million in revenue every year. It reveals that MRA's employees will be relocated to EMA and eliminate administrative jobs in its facilities in the state and in Atlanta, Georgia.
