ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of a Rochester-based supplier of payroll, human resources and benefits outsourcing services Paychex Inc. to relocate its Syracuse division in New York in November 2009. David Gates of the Paychex asserts that the company is now preparing to move its 20,400-square-foot facility from 990 James St. in Syracuse to 215 Greenfield Parkway in Salina. He clarifies that the move is part of the company's expansion plan to serve its customer better.
