ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the views of executives in the U.S. appliance industry on the federal stimulus package. The federal stimulus package is expected to help the industry in terms of a major spur in spending, as well as its initial rebate and long-term energy savings. The federal stimulus package will also help the industry in developing new energy-efficient ranges, refrigerators, and laundry machines.
