ABSTRACT
The article offers news briefs related to medical care in Canada. The Congress has reintroduced a legislation that will block the free online access to research findings. The American Psychiatric Association has decided to remove industry-sponsored educational sessions, meals and advertising on its annual conferences. The Canadian Association of Retired Persons has established the scholarship fund program that will assist students training for geriatric nurses and doctors.
