Holmes puts rubber stamp on acquisition

The article reports that Holmes Stamp and Sign Co. has acquired Lakeland Rubber Stamp Co. to stimulate its operation across the U.S. Holmes Stamp and Sign, one of the largest stamp and sign makers in the Southwestern U.S., has added three employees to boost its work force to about 19. The firm said that it will handle the additional production growth and increase in demand created by the acquisition.
