STRESSED STRENGTH: How stress can reduce the effectiveness of your training

The article offers information on research about the impact of life stress on muscle strength and size. According to a study, life stress seems to have an impact on physiological and social support. However, negative life stress can mar individuals' training gains, which include training motivation. Impacts of life stress on the adaptation processes of the sympathetic/adrenalmedullary (SAM) and hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis and immune system is also noted.
