The article reports on the reintroduction of Bill C-322 by Parliament Member Mervin Tweed to support Library Book Rate in Manitoba. It states that C-322 proposes to amend the Canada Post Corporation Act to reduce the postage rate of library materials. The legislation would also include non-print materials in the Library Book Rate such as compact discs (CDs) and digital videodiscs (DVDs).
