The article presents information on the National Organization for Women (NOW) Foundation's Love Your Body Campaign which is a response to the culture of distorted body image among women. According to the NOW Foundation, women should recognize their bodies as healthy, strong and attractive. The official Love Your Body Day will be held on October 20, 2009 across the country.
