ABSTRACT
The article provides statistics on the billions of hours of childcare which were provided for free to family and friends by millions of caregivers in 2007, the trillions of dollars in valuation which vanished from individual retirement accounts between October 2007 and October 2008, and the percentage of defaults on loans between friends and family, compared to the percentage of defaults on bank loans.
