The article focuses on the amendment for the stimulus legislation added by senators Charles Grassley and Bernard Sanders which forbids banks with Troubled Asset Relief Program from hiring foreign workers who need visa sponsorship. It says that the amendment has affected business schools in the U.S. as well as 45,000 students. According to business student Alice Su of Wharton Business School, the legislation is a discrimination to foreign workers.
