The article announces the signing of a joint venture agreement between Forbes Marshall and Vyncke Energietechniek of Belgium where the latter will manufacture energy plants for the conversion of biomass and industrial waste into energy. It is noted that the role of Forbes Marshall will be to provide solutions to efficient processing and conservation of energy. According to the article, the manufacture of Vyncke Energietechniek's boilers, thermal fluid heaters and environmentally-safe power plants will be done at the Pune premises of Forbes Marshall.
