ABSTRACT
The article reports on the business partnership between Eaton Corp. and Tata Motors of India through 2014. Under the agreement, Eaton will supply heavy-duty synchronized transmissions to Tata's World Truck program in India and its foreign markets. The transmissions will be manufactured in Tczew, Poland, Wuxi, China and eventually in Pune, India. Tata's worldwide subsidiaries include England, South Korea, and Spain and is said to be the fourth-largest truck maker as well as the second-largest bus manufacturer worldwide.
