ABSTRACT
The article presents the findings of a survey conducted by the Boston Consulting Group and the European Association of Personnel Management on the challenge posed by talent management for human resource (HR) professional. The survey, which was conducted across 27 European countries, outlined major HR issues including work-life balance, performance management and leadership development.
