ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the effort of human resource (HR) directors Karen Delgado and Julie Kinchlea to coach HR directors on working in tandem. Delgado and Kinchlea offered a coaching event, entitled Turning Point, together with Angela Rutterford-Adams and Trudi Ryan, partners at consultancy drc. The author notes that the event helped Delgado and Kinchlea to work on their presenting, networking and influencing skills.
