This article focuses on a new set of advanced learning and development certificates launched by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). The certificates are intended to reflect the latest trends and allow participants to develop their skills and credibility. It also features a flexible structure and can be completed over a 20-week period. A personal tutor will be assigned to each participants to give advice and support on all aspects of the certificates. Particular focus is given to the blended learning approach of the programmes. INSET: CREATIVE LEARNING.
