ABSTRACT
The article provides information on the use of armored convoy protection vehicles and overhead weapons stations by the U.S. military. The Army Military Police uses the mine resistant Cadillac Gage M1117 Armored Security Vehicles from Textron Marine & Land. The Duro chassis of the Eagle IV vehicle enables it to carry a roof-mounted weapon.
