The article focuses on the unpreparedness of open-source enterprise content management (ECM) to explode in 2009 despite the hype. According to the article, the hype is rendered by open-source vendors and not by purchasers and users. It also cited that buyers do not purchase into the open-source model and simply decline to utilize open-source applications.
