ABSTRACT
The article presents several approaches that will help information technology (IT) vendors in launching new products. In the approach called Father Knows Best, the benefit to the buyer is that the vendor takes complete responsibility for making things work. The Watch Me Do It approach will work with a local reseller in the implementation process. Another approach is called Mentoring, in which the reseller will be the prime delivery mechanism and responsible for the success of the solution.
