ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the Smart Routing job tray handling. According to the author, the technology connects with the Rx software database, and automatically routes the job in accordance with the specific characteristics and process required for a certain product. Advantages of the system include no limitations in sorting characteristics and reduces human error, while one disadvantage is that the technology can only be applied to conveyor systems.
