Showa, Best complete integration in Americas

The article reports that the integration of Best Glove Co. and Showa USA is finally complete. According to President Bill Alico, almost a year and a half after Showa Glove Co. of Japan purchased Best, the parent and subsidiary are in the last phase of combining their U.S. operations into one company. The company will be called Showa-Best Glove Inc. and headquartered at Best's Menlo, Georgia facility. Showa previously had a unit in Seattle that served as its U.S. base
