The article focuses on the impact of a financial stimulus package proposed by U.S. President Barack Obama on economic infrastructure building in the country. The most obvious beneficiary of the stimulus package is traditional construction infrastructure needs. The U.S. Department of Transportation will fund over $45 billion in transportation projects for state and local governments.
