ABSTRACT
The article presents a clinical study about fatigue and dyspnea. It highlights the case of a 49-year-old man who experienced continuous fatigue and dyspnea and repeated epistaxis. In the conducted examination, the patient was diagnosed as having hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia and an irregular arteriovenous malformation.
