ABSTRACT
The article reports on the pilot program employed at ten Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) regional offices in the U.S. which reduces the time required in processing veterans' compensation or pension claims. Under this program, certified fully developed claims are placed into separate process which will deliver results not later than 90 days after the submission of claims. The regional offices selected for the pilot program are also mentioned.
