ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the impact of tax law on dividend or interest income for those with disabilities and cited the implications of the new dividend tax law on financial planning. It explores investment decision scenarios and suggests that individual planning must not be focused on the tax law but on consultation with financial advisor or tax preparer. It also presents the important dates and events for financial planning in 2009 such as tax due, retirement plans and tax planning.
