ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the role of yoga in promoting wellness, disease prevention and physical activity among employees. It is stated that yoga combines physical poses, breathing techniques and meditation to increase strength and flexibility and has been used to relieve back pain and eyestrain in patients, which would all result in the reduced cost of medical claims. The bonding experience and the many styles that can fit every age and need afforded by yoga is also given.
