ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the lack of customer service among companies which is conceived to be a reflection in the society. According to the article, it means that companies must begin their service training at the more basic level since it cannot be assumed that an employee will know that the first rule in business is being nice to customers. It is stated that a displeasing customer service is a poor reflection of the company and the chief executive officer (CEO).
