ABSTRACT
The article presents updates on the activities of several pharmaceutical companies in different countries. The Ovation Pharmaceuticals is about to be procured by Lundbeck worth $900 million. NitroMed's merging agreement with Archemix has been cancelled due to the acquisition plan of Deerfield Management.
