The article discusses the lobbying efforts of the ranchers' organization Ranchers-Cattlenen Action Legal Fund, commonly known as R-CALF USA, in Billings, Montana. It notes the contributions of the group, which is headed by Bill Bullard, on the cattle meat production and industry. A brief overview of R-CALF is also provided.
