ABSTRACT
This article reveals that U.S. mobile operator Sprint has been negotiating with a number of wireless device makers to boost its network capacity leasing business, according to a "Wall Street Journal" report. Sprint plans to increase its wholesale business as it currently leases capacity on its network to Amazon.com for its electronic book Kindle. The wholesale business appeal to Sprint since it has been losing subscribers, revenue and market share in its retail business for last few years.
