The article provides an update on public utilities in Great Britain. Local John Szwarc of Euxton blamed aliens for the power cut at two primary sub-stations in Chorley. Szwarc claimed he saw two strange flying objects in the sky at the time of the blackout. Chris Oakley and Simon Hollington & Kypros Kyprianou presented an exhibition/art installation entitled "Nuclear: Art & Radioactivity," in Shoreditch High Street, Spitalfields.
