ABSTRACT
The article relates that author's experience of discussing his vision to a man, who advised him to upgrade his goals to what Earl Nightingale, cofounder of the Nightingale-Conant Corp., calls a worthy ideal in his definition of success. The author notes that worthy is defined as having some moral worth and ideal is an idea with heart, soul and passion. It cites some clues on how to develop one's worthy ideal, such as a worthy ideal will have a great spiritual value to the extent that a person will be willing to trade his or her life for it.
