ABSTRACT
The article reports that Namco Bandai purchased 95% of D3's shares at $628 each. The company also plans to buy the remaining stock to make D3 a wholly owned subsidiary. The North American and European offices of D3 will be handled by Namco Bandai. On the other hand, D3 stated that the unannounced titles will still be working and that there will be no changes to the publisher's operations.
