Brochures are little more than time tables'

The article reports that according to a research by P&O Cruises Ltd., cruise brochures are becoming just like time tables as holidaymakers use the web to research holidays at sea. The research shows that by the time customers look at brochures they have already decided to book. Managing director Nigel Esdale said holidaymakers are useing Web site for a full list of up-to-date fares.
