ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the role of dogs as a personal trainer for those who wants to reduce weight. According to a 2006 study of people trying to lose weight, pet owners mere more active than their pooch-less counterparts. It is stated that retrieving a ball is a great cardio workout for a dog the person can jog in place while the dog goes after the ball.
