ABSTRACT
Charts are presented that offer data on disease and death reports including the percentage of adults between the ages of 35-44 who did not suffer permanent tooth loss from disease for the period 1988-1994 and 1999-2004, provisional cases of infrequently reported notifiable diseases in the U.S. as of February 28, 2009 and deaths in 122 U.S. cities as of February 28, 2009.
