ABSTRACT
This article analyse the document of huccet-i siyadet of Nakibu'l Ashraf Abdulkadir Affandi (1008/1600). This document of Siyadet Hucceti is in the beginning of booklet of Daftar-i Sadat on the number of 8. This booklet is in the time of Nakib of Abdulkadir Affandi. Siyadet Hucceti has five main chapters: davet, formula of begining, text, date, and the principals of Shudu-l hal. Huccet is very important document for Ottomans diplomacy; it also reflects the view towards Sayyids at that time.
