ABSTRACT
Autorizations have a very crucial role in the history of both Turkish arts and sciences, and of education. More specifically, Autorizations of calligraphy provide us with information about the art of calligraphy as well as the master practicioners of this art. The above example of Autorization constitutes an indispensable evidence of the significance of "Erzurum" in the history of calligraphy.
