ABSTRACT
If everything that human beings have produced could be assessed under the umbrella of culture than politics should also be included as a part of this culture. Turkish culture, in it is possible to see the reflections of the relationship between politics and culture in evry period. In our study we will examine the period between 1946-1950 (The transition period in to multy party political system) The first multy party political trial began with the opening of the Serbest Fırka. But it soon become apparent that the political and community wasn't ready for this mutly party system a result Serbest Fırka was closed down. İt can be said that, the transtationperiod from the establishment of the Demokrat Parti. It is coming to power includes the transition period in to multy party political system" in Turkey. Since novels a baised on fiction they can not be accepted as historical documents. As a result the political and cultural relationship we have identified in our study will be connected with historical information. The reflections that we will try to identified will be done through finding the commend points of the political and cultural relationship by comparing different texts.
