ABSTRACT
The author discusses the benefits of a precision-link indexing conveyor. He notes that the conveyor serves as a solution to the insufficiency in space of rotary indexing dials for the assembly of over eight components. He describes the mechanism of such conveyor in which it is comprised of precision-machined plates and roller bearings. He mentions that such conveyor tend to be used in medical device assembly purposes.
