ABSTRACT
The article reports on the move of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to issue an advanced notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM). According to the article, ANPRM aims to seek for a public comment regarding the critical issue on the best way to regulate solidwaste management for Clean Air Act as well as define the activities for legitimate recycling. In addition, the author notes that ANPRM offers an essential opportunity to contribute and help EPA effectively address waster management.
