ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the impact of the leadership roles to a successful leadership execution. These include being a strategist because strategy development is the most important leadership competency. A leader should be a visionary communicator in which along the forging a good strategy there must be a clear vision being possessed. Being a teacher and recruiter is also noted for being a good leader because leaders are expected to be willing to develop other new leaders.
